Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card provider may take extra time to process the refund.
Non-refundable circumstances include:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier with valid tracking. (If you cannot find your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.)
- Gift cards, personalized items, or final-sale products.
